The selection process is quite rigorous as many talented teams try to win one of the 32 available spots. A number of criteria are used to select the final roster of competing teams from all interested applicants. Every effort is made to be fair, and to provide a balanced roster that will create an exciting season of competition. Please remember that all decisions are final.
