The Center for Health and Health Care in Schools
This site has an ejournal, news and grant alerts, as well as web features on a variety of school health issues.

Nutrition Analysis Tool (NAT)
Figure out what nutrients are in the foods you eat at this site from the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department at the University of Illinois. You will have to register, but it is free.
