501(c)(3) Status

New Hampshire Public Broadasting (NHPB), d/b/a New Hampshire Public Television (NHPTV), a component of the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) , is located in Durham, NH . On March 26, 2009 the Internal Revenue Service issued a determination letter recognizing NHPB and its components as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
