USS New Hampshire Nuclear Sub
Get a first-hand look at the state-of-the-art equipment on the
USS New Hampshire, the Navy's newest submarine. The Virginia-class nuclear-powered attack sub was christened in June, on the 220th anniversary of New Hampshire's statehood. NH Outlook host Beth Carroll takes a tour of the sub and talks with the boat's captain and crew.

Greenerpalooza
New Hampshire's energy efficiency efforts were celebrated recently at the Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion in Gilford. The music venue hosted the "Greenerpalooza" festival where folks got to see Crosby, Stills and Nash perform and also learn about going green. NH Outlook's Richard Ager has more on the event and Meadowbrook's efforts to help the environment.

NH Eat Local Week
August 3rd to the 9th has been declared "Eat Local Week" in New Hampshire. Lorraine Stuart Merrill, the state's Agricultural Commissioner, talks to NH Outlook host Beth Carroll at a farmers' market about celebrating locally grown and raised food.
