NH Votes 2008: 2nd Congressional District Race
Our NH Votes 2008 coverage continues with the candidates running for the state's 2nd Congressional District seat. Democratic incumbent Paul Hodes faces a challenge from Republican Jennifer Horn. Hodes was elected in 2006 when Democrats were swept into power in Washington. Horn, a Nashua mother of five, is a former newspaper columnist and radio host and is hoping to unseat the first term Congressman. NH Outlook's Richard Ager sat down with both candidates to discuss the issues including the economy and the financial bailout package, the War in Iraq and Social Security.
NH Votes 2008: Presidential Race
New Hampshire is still in play when it comes to the race for President. With just over two weeks to go until election day, the Granite State saw campaign appearances this week by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and both vice presidential candidates. Stay tuned for highlights from their appearances.
