Analysis of Gov. Lynch's State Budget Plan
Governor John Lynch delivered his state budget address this week to a joint session of legislators from the House and Senate. The Governor's proposal is outlines his plans to deal with a $500 million revenue shortfall.

Perhaps state and municipal workers could take a pay cut. Since the private sector is losing jobs maybe our tenure protected workers could also sacrifice. Sometimes state workers use nepotism to hire relatives.
