Balancing Budgets
Just as the state is struggling to balance its budget, so are many towns and cities. NH Outlook’s Richard Ager visits Nashua's Mayor Donnalee Lozeau who is trying to control spending increases while avoiding layoffs and cuts in service.

Guantanamo Bay
President Obama plans to close the Guantanamo Bay prison camp by the end of the year. NH Outlook speaks with retired Rear Admiral John Hutson and Amnesty International's Peter Somssich about the impact of closing the prison camp.
