State Budget
The state budget is written and faces a final vote from lawmakers. NH Outlook's host Richard Ager and a panel of State House reporters including Tom Fahey of the Union Leader, Lauren Dorgan of the Concord Monitor and Josh Rogers of NHPR, discuss the budget. Which programs are at risk of losing funding? Will there be new taxes and fees? And, what the state's deficit will look like next year?
