This week, NH Outlook investigates the state of volunteerism in New Hampshire. Social service budgets are being cut at a time when the need for those services continues to rise. Are enough volunteers stepping in to fill the gaps? Are the existing volunteer agencies able to train those who wish to donate their time and energy? We’ll hear some hard facts from our panel of experts including Robin Albert, director of the Seacoast Volunteer Action Center, and Tim Dupre, executive director of Volunteer NH.
