Totally soaked and trembling Amit held on tight. He prayed the pole would stay up. As the waves went back they dragged everything in with them! Amit could see his bike, cars, trees, doors, boats float away.
Amit and Barky jumped down. The water came up to Amit's chest. There was water EVERYWHERE!! Amit ran home very scared and confused. Later Amit found out that the waves were caused by an earthquake under the sea.
