Later that night, I kept thinking about the vacation in Hawaii. For the whole Family! I had to give it a try. The next day I made a workout schedule. Everyone thought I was going crazy until I got up at 6:00 a.m. and ran three miles. Then, they knew I was serious. I started to bring carrots for a snack and salads for lunch. I got weird looks in the cafeteria. Soon I was making much healthier choices. It was very hard! Ice cream or fruit salad? Cheesecake or yogurt?
