Carter told the Tele-traveler to go to the capital. The tele-traveler replied, "The capital, here we go!"
Soon he was in the Joint Session of Congress. Carter went to the front of the room and asked the congress people to make a law to stop the principal from taking away his recess.
Everyone in Congress agreed. They wrote the law and gave it to Carter.
