"Whoa!!" He shouted in surprise he was amazed with the city of Atlantis so he traveled around the whole city seeing extravagant towers. He was horrified at first with all the fish creatures and he was the only seahorse there. "Grumble!! Grumble!!" His stomach growled. He was starving and was looking for a restaurant to eat at.
Flipper searched in a dark ally and a scary corner of the city, there was no sign of one. But then, he found a huge castle and wondered if it was a graceful restaurant with amazing service. Flipper thought wrong... it was King Neptune's castle...
