Mr. Oyster told how the footprint looked while Detective Whale looked in the book of footprints. Detective Whale could not find the description that Mr. Oyster was giving him.
So Detective Whale said, " Sorry I can not find the description that you are giving me."
After a moment of silence Detective Whale said, " Maybe I can look for clues at your house?"
Mr. Oyster said, "Yes."
On the way to Mr. Oyster's house, Detective Whale got out his notepad to be ready if he found anything unusual in Mr. Oyster's house. When they got to Mr. Oyster's house Detective Whale started searching for any pearls.
Then Detective Whale said happily "I found one of your pearls."
Mr. Oyster said, " And I found the rest of my pearls in my pocket, I must have put them in my pocket when the Oysters went out to play!!! That was Detective Whale's first case!
