Finally, she got weary and headed for home. She decided adventures were for heroes, not beagles.
Strawberry buried the box in the backyard. She new if she got restless again, she could dig it up. For now she preferred being a plain, old, lazy dog.
Strawberry moseyed onto the porch and plopped herself down on her master's lap After all, she had a very busy day.
Her master looked down at her. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you had quite a clever smile on you face," the master said. Strawberry just sighed and drifted off to sleep.
