Both cars and people move around. The way people get around is to use their legs, unless you're in a whellchair. How cars get around is with their wheels. Of course, they need air for the tires. Otherwise there would be a lot of sparks when you travelled in your car on the road without the rubber because the metal would hit the pavement.
