One day Hope decided she wanted to take her ball outside for a walk. On her walk she bumped into some of her friends.
They said, "What a nice ball! Would you like to share it with us?"
"No! You can't see it," Hope said. And she walked away.
Soon she met some more of her friends and they said, "What a pretty ball! Would you like to share it with us?"
"No! You can't see it," Hope said. And she walked away.
Later that day when she went home, her brothers and sisters, all nine, asked, " Would you share your ball with us?"
"No. I wont' let you see it," Hope said. Then, she hid it for many days.
