The Endangered Species of New Hampshire

Gray Wolves, also knows as Timber Wolves, look like large gray and black dogs. Standing on their hind legs, they're about as big as full-grown humans. Gray wolves are social animals. When hunting in packs, they can run up to 40 miles per hour while chasing mammals such as hares, deer, and moose. Although they are nearly harmless to humans, people illegally kill wolves anyway.
