The people there were very kind. They fed, brushed, and petted him. Then Snickers was put in a room with other cats and kittens.
“Hello, I’m Lacy, but the vets call me Minnie,” a fluffy white cat stated.
“Hi, I’m Snickers. They call me Matthew.”
Lacy and Snickers were great friends. Lacy taught Snickers how to get the most food at dinner, and who in the cage to talk to and who to avoid.
Snickers taught Lacy to be more out going and fair to other cats.
Seven months later Snickers was adopted by Billie Pingree and lived happily ever after.
